Depends on which part of the area you mean. Glacier, the town, is in the woods, near the Nooksack River. Should be reasonably snow-free, but likely to be raining. If you want to SEE glaciers, you'll need to find a spot for viewing Mount Baker, or drive up to Heather Meadows to see Mount Shuksan. Also likely to be rainy, cloudy, or foggy. A call to the ranger station, or a check on the WSDOT mountain pass information for the Mount Baker Highway will help you know what to expect.
