This peak was worth the hike! This trail took us approximately 5 hours round trip, and their views or spectacular! Plan to spend some time at the top.Full review by William B
Hi, Me and my sister are novice hikers. Never really hiked. We live in Marysville and can see MT Pilcheck from our back door. I am wanting to go on this hike (MT Pilcheck). We are +50 in age, and are in fair shape. We'd go in the spring /summer. Maybe not hike all the way to the top. Is the trail easy about two miles from the start? Then we'd turn around. What do you think? We'd like to take our two 12 lb dogs. Do they have to be on a leash all the time?

Leash, yes. I've seen Corgis at the top. I think you could make it in a ways. If it gets to be too much just turn around. Try to make it past the large Boulder field because it really opens up to a pretty part of the hike after that. Enjoy, it is my favorite home in Washington.
