Never have done a river raft trip before and we are in our 70's. Do you have a mild, short trip for us older folks?

Sounds great. However, we were in your area the last week in May, so this is kinda late in response. Although, perhaps we were too early to do a raft trip - maybe next time.
We had a kayak for the rafting excursion Ben,the raft guide did an excellent job at managing us on the river. Don't know about canoes but they have sup board rentals
