Do you want to watch beautiful sunrises in the morning over the water? This home is for you. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunroom or sitting on the pier. Take a swim in the sound or fish from the dock. Have your own boat, the boat ramp is around the corner. There is a large shelter that is wonderful for family cookouts. You are about 30 minutes from either Elizabeth City or Edenton. Bring your own paddle boats or kayaks to enjoy the sound. Water is only about 3 ft deep at the dock. There is a fire pit on site. Blink security cameras in use that cover the driveway and front and back entrances. ***Just a reminder, our slice of Heaven is waterfront property and as such, you will be in nature. There are insects, pests and wildlife that share this beautiful area with us. We do our best to keep them out of the house with yearly/monthly pest control. However, there is still a chance you may find a spider or other insects inside the home.
