As best I recall, it had elevators and everything on the ground floor is easy in a wheelchair or other means. I can't imagine a public building like this not being handicap accessible. This is a really wonderful place, and their cafe on the courtyard is excellent in quality and price. Consider going early, touring one level, grabbing lunch, then finish the museum. They have an expansive gift shop, too, though it's a little cramped. Trust me, you'll enjoy it!
