Our little piece of paradise on Manasota Key is an “old Florida” complex built in 1961 in a quiet, comfortable, laid-back setting with its own private beach. Just 75 steps away from the Gulf of Mexico, our one bedroom unit with queen size bed in the bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in the living room, can sleep up to four people. Unit #8 is located in a separate, one-story building with just two side-by-side units, behind the main two-story building. The bathroom is accessible through the bedroom. There is ample seating for dining inside and outside. A fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home. There is also a nice propane grill right outside. There is a free laundry room for guest use, with multiple washers and dryers. There is patio seating outside the laundry facility so you can relax while doing your laundry. There is easy access to the beach, around both ends of the main building (the larger, 2-story building in the pictures).
