I booked the ticket in Tripadvisor for entering the colosseum. The voucher showed that I will receive 24 h within 24 h of the event. I just wanted to confirm that I will receive the ticket before the date of entry, right? And I will not receive the ticket, is there any channel of tripadvisor to contact with?

Just look for the site that does not list any travel company in its address ... if you are looking for skip the line or prepay for tickets Trip Advisor or Viator are the best ... a little more $ …
Just look for the site that does not list any travel company in its address ... if you are looking for skip the line or prepay for tickets Trip Advisor or Viator are the best ... a little more $ than the official site but we'll worth it .. much easier at entrance time ... we used it and we're in the Colleseum in 10 minutes
