I sympathise wth you. I get motion sickness too, very easily, although I"m okay if I drive. The Coromandel roads are windy at times, and could make you feel unwell. Do it though, just take it easy and stop as necessary for a breather. The walk to Cathedral Cove is well worth the effort. At the Cove, look for the loo with a view, sited up amongst the trees. We rented a car and drove to all our destinations. We are used to going it on our own. But there are shuttles that will take you. Just ask your concierge desk.
