It seemed handicapped accessible to me (though I wasn't really paying attention to that). The parking is right outside and just a short walk to get into the building.

Can pull up close to the main entrance door - as far as the overhang, but then need to walk a distance (up a slight hill/slant that is carpeted then across lobby) before reaching the doors to the theater. Bathroom is located on far side of lobby from main entrance door.
